Ribs and rice
Eat your heart out McRib. Mom made ribs on the grill tonight and they were awesome. Only one problem, not enough of them. They were so tasty. She marinated them in a sauce first and cooked them in the same sauce wrapped in foil. After they were done she spread some of her home made BBQ over them and grilled them a bit more. Very moist and meaty. The rice on the side was a good palate cleaner between bites. I pulled mine off the bone as you can see and made a mini rib sub.
