Hog's head cheese sandwich

Something I have never had and just had to try it. Thanks to El Agave food truck. It was really tasty. Lettuce, tomato, mayo, avocado, mozzarella cheese, jalapeño and pork head cheese on a huge bun. The flavors were really good. It could have
been a little more spicy but that might have taken away the other flavors. Recommend it if you get a chance. God bless, thanks for reading and see you at the table.
