Alfresco deuxième partie

Tonight Ellen made vegan spring rolls.  Very good.  Rice noodles, cucumber, carrot, mushrooms soaked in soy sauce and smoked Tofuerky that did not really have a taste because of the other stuff in the spring roll.  She also made a quinoa salad that had yellow and red peppers and some other stuff.  I did not care for that too much because of the over power taste of the peppers.  Pot stickers on the side with dipping sauces for everything.  We both ate our fill and had plenty left over for her lunch tomorrow. As for my lunch I will be having left over pork and sauerkraut I made last night for a coworkers birthday.

  1. I love spring rolls! So you guys know, we just ordered (at work) from The Blue Koi in Hanover. I had never had their food before. I got the thai vegetarian spring rolls (you get 3) and the green papaya salad w/o chicken. so, so good!
