Just a quick blog. Looking for something to make for breakfast this morning I threw this together. Diced onions, left over mashed potatoes and an egg fresh from my chicks. A mix of a little hot sauce and katchup and the breakfast is complete. No bacon but we are after all trying to stay healthy. The milk used for the potatoes was almond milk. No salt added just some pepper. Hit the spot and tasted great and boy was it quick and easy to make. God bless, thanks for reading and see you at brunch.
