Vegan Lasagna



Ellen made vegan lasagna tonight for dinner. It was by far the best lasagna she has ever fixed.  In place of cheese it was cauliflower that was broiled with garlic oil.  Tofu was also used with the cauliflower.  Lots of sauce with crushed tomatoes and diced onions to add to the flavor.  I had two helpings and plan on taking some to work tomorrow.
