Protein breakfast

What you are looking at is sliced chicken breast, one fresh egg (two days old), cheese and homemade spicy honey mustard swaddled by two flower tortilla shells. Lightly browned in the pan after cooking. Great way to start your day. Also I would suggest adding what ever additions to your dish (peppers, onions, salsa) to make it a little more Mexican.
